Well so far the weekend has been highly entertaining.  Course mine started on Wednesday.  So here is a short recap of the past few days.  Wednesday we went to the mall in Quincy and I got my hair cut....short....very short.  I basicaly got a "pob".  Which is "Poshs Bob".  Hopefully everyone remembers Posh from the Spice Girls.  Anyway, it's a super hot look.  I love it!  It's so much easier to manage!  Then from there we went to the bookstore to look for "The Secret".  Found it and almost got it, however, I found another book I've been looking for.."The Weight Loss Cure".  I bought it instead and so far it has been a very interesting read!  I can't wait to start applying some of these techniques into my life and dropping weight!  I need it!  I haven't totally decided against "The Secret" yet.  I may still get it.

     Went to Hannibal after we left Quincy, to visit the inlaws (JOY).  Stopped at LA Nails and got them done...FINALLY!!  I have been waiting for months!  I wasn't waiting a minute longer.  They didn't do them as well as my girl in COMO and they charged almost double what they do them for at my usual spot.  Oh well, whatcha gonna do?  We took Jays parents out for dinner at a pizza place, had another arguement with his sister.  Over what I haven't a clue!  Today we went to Quincy and had Maid Rites. MMMM I love those things!  His parents met us over there for lunch.  Went to the petting zoo at the Veterans home and Alex got to feed the Deer apples and a big long horned bull bread lol!  Went into Hannibal this evening and got the kids costumes for Halloween.  Alex is going to be an Ice Princess with this beautiful gown we got her.  Leland is going to be a onsie that says "My 1st Halloween!  I thought it was just adorable!

     Tomorrow afternoon Jays parents are coming over around 1pm to watch the kids while he takes me out for my bday!  Our neighbors, David and his wife, are going out with us.  He came over tonight and talked to Jay about following us!  Great!  The more the merrier in my opinion!  We are going to the boat to gamble and drink of course!  Then Sunday we have to go to my gmas for a bbq.  She bought some T-bones for this bbq due to it being my bday!  Yay!  Another year older!  I put in my app at the Rocket truck stop today.  They seemed pretty encouraged by my app.  The main boss man comes back in on Monday..soooo I'm really praying that he gives me a call!  I need a new job like crazy!  Especially with xmas and Alexs bday right around the corner!

     Jays parents asked us if we wanted to take over their lease in December.  I was kinda straddeling the fence over this question for a few weeks now.  I think we made up our minds today that we are going to.  It is a beautiful 3 bedroom 2 bath..full basement house.  Comes with a side by side fridge and the stove..as well as a w&d that was there when the inlaws moved in.  It sits on over an acre of land (which is a lot around here when there isn't much to come by lol).  I think it would be great room for the kids to play and plenty enough room for a swing set and pool!  I think it's a great idea!  WEe'll have to discuss it a tad more before just jumping to our decission!
