Welcome to the weekend!   Jay has to work tonight and tomorrow night so I guess we're not going to do anything work out wise.  I think I'm gonna go ahead and get that treadmill this month.  I need a way to work out when Jay is at work as well.   Give me something to do anyway.  Especially next year when Alex is in school all day .  I'll get so bored!

     Ok so we went to Quincy yesterday afternoon for Jay to apply at that factory.  I'm almost positive he's got the job.  I guess they are hiring EVERYONE that comes in.  Jay said the guy they were interviewing when he was in there had a drug conviction and had actually gotten fired for failing a drug test.  Soo if he got the job (which he did) than Jay should get it no problem!   He would be making $15 an hour plus time and 1/2 on mandatory OT every other Saturday.  He said if he works on Sundays he gets double time!   Now that ladies & gents will be a paycheck!  I can't believe what that kind of check would mean for us as a family.  We could finally start getting shit together.  We could start saving money for once.  Start making some deposits instead of withdrawals all the time ! 

     We decided that we are taking out taxes in May and getting a nicer car .  Which we need desperatley.  We're going to try and find an SUV.  There is one down town by Jays work.  A Jeep grand cherokee.  It's got a bit of body damage but not enough to drag down the value that much.  Our other problem is getting our sales taxes paid off.  Jay owes almost $1000 and I owe around $800 I think.  We should probably pay that off instead of getting a car but we NEED the car damn it LOL.  I'm pissed off I wasn't even able to start my SOBE today because I woke up too late.  I woke up around 1:30 and then I didn't have a muffin pan to  make my quiches.  So here I am with a glass of V8 and my water bottle.  Haven't even drank my coffee yet.  Guess I wasn't feelin for it today.   I know I'm hungry though.  I'm probably going to go fix me up a grilled chicken caesar salad...so tata for now!  I'll keep ya'll updated on the job situation !!!

Tomorrow is Friday!  Finally.  I honostly didn't think this week was going to end.  Then on the other hand it didn't seem like it was ever here.  It went by so fast.  I know I confuse a lot of people!  Today we went over to the inlaws to make a few phone calls.  I had to make an appnt for Alexs Kindergarten screening next week.  Anywho - My bil was there with his "ex", if she is his ex still.  I somehow doubt she is.  I told my MIL that I don't care who he's with as long as he's happy.  But I'm not going to sit idoly by while she runs her mouth about me and my family.  Not gonna happen - so sorry for ya.  If she so much as sneezes in my direction anymore I'm gonna knock her teeth thru the back of her skull.  And if her little boyfriend interfears..family or no family, I'll knock him out too!  I'm tired of this shit!  My other BIL is fed up as well.  He said today that he can't stand that bitch and he's had it up to heaven with her attitude.  This jealous little shit that she makes up off the top of her head.  That or it's all an act.  Can you believe that woman is jealous of my DAUGHTER?!  What the hell right?  She said that he spends more time with my daughter than he does her son.  Boo fuckin hoo!  Grow up and get over it!  Grrr!

     Tomorrow I have to go grocery shopping and it is also the official start day of my South Beach Diet.  I'm so excited!  I have been talking to girls on this site I'm on (buddslim.com -see link in my fav. links box) and she was telling me how she's been a member for 2 years now!  She was sayin how she's seen MANY diets that different people have been on.  The only one she's ever seen work...REALLY WORK is SOBE!  So that was def some encouragment.  Now if I could just get my booty back into the gym on a semi regular basis.  I'm picking up my step count everyday so that's been helping.  Slowly but surely right?  That's the way to do it!  I've also been drinking a gang of water!  I've gone thru an entire flat of water in like the past 3 days.  I know right?!  That's crazy!  I have been drinking this Fruit 2 o flavored stuff and it's really good.  Today while at WalMart I picked up a bottle of Dasani flavored with Strawberry and that shit was BANGER GOOD!  I'm talkin like SODA good!  I was amazed!  I usually don't like Dasani (tastes salty to me) but it was all they had in the vending machine so what the hell.  Boy am I glad I tried it.  Man that was awesome!  I'm def going to start buying that in the flats instead of the Fruit 2 o!  I did find out though that Dasani has salt in it.  Which is why it always tastes so salty to me.  So maybe it's not a good idea to drink Dasani.  Cause everyone knows salt is NOT good for those on a diet!  Makes ya hold on to water weight.  Yikes!  I'll see how it goes!  Maybe all water has sodium in it?   Not sure.  I haven't really looked at other bottles of water.

     Today I got a surprise.  Had an a-ha moment you might call it.  We decided to take the kids to the park to play early this afternoon.  While driving down Market St., it dawned on me that I was supposed to pick up my first paycheck yesterday.  Only working part time I never see anyone enough to remember these important things.  So it was a pleasant surprise to say the least!  I wish it was going to be for more money, but first paychecks always did suck.  I think it should be for about $50.  Woohoo right?  Well that's gas money for us!  I'm happy with that.  When I went in to pick it up though, I was hit with another realization.  I forgot I can only pick them up after 2pm so I have a little wait, since it's only like 11 right now.  I think I can wait a couple more hours though   Jayson wants to go look for cars today when we put some gas in the car.  I can't say as I'm thrilled about that notion but it's better than sitting at home all day.  Which btw, I detest doing. 

     We are sitting at the inlaws now as I type this waiting on Jayson to make some phone calls.  He's calling on a few houses that we seen the other day.  Ok, so he just came back outside and told me that he had to leave messages because no one answered.  Which is not unusual being a weekday in mid-afternoon.  So we ended up down at the river front park.  Watching the water flow by.  For some reason it seemed warmer out when we were at our house.  Now it seems a tad cool.  Probably because we are so close to the river now.  It always did seem cooler down here.  Especially in the summer.  This is where everyone flocks to cool off from the incredibly hot nights.  Oh if only....I miss those nights so much   I cannot stand the cold weather.  I must tell Jayson 3 times a day at least that we need to move to a warmer climate.  It's the truth.  Hannibal itself is a very dirty town.  I hate river towns.  They are full of salt smelling air.  Actually smells more like mud than salt.  Either way.  Jayson is over playing soccer with Alex right now.  A "well to do" family just pulled up in there $70,000 SUV with their little girl.  Now Jay has to act like he's a man of their stamp.  Riiight...us sitting here in our hoopty '89 Grand Marquis.  Ya we're right up there.  I don't even waste my time making small talk with people like that.  Yet, he talks their ear off like we're not living off of their tax dollars in food stamps LMFAO!!

     A lot of you know by know that I was raised in South Dakota.  Now after a LOOONG winter up north, if it got this warm out up there we'd be in tank tops and short shorts today.  Now that I'm in Mid Mo I'm freezin my catooshy off.  It's like 58 or so outside and to me it's COLD!  I have my usual jeans/tshirt/jean jacket combo on, and I'm thinking I should have worn a hoodie under this jacket. BRRR!  Today could very well be the day when I shut off my internet.   I keep piddling around about it.  Everyday that goes by I find myself wishing I didn't have it.  I find the dishes pilling up, the laundry pilling up, the family falling apart.  The trash filling up the can, the kids whinning cause they are bored, and their mama would much rather be sitting on the puter than playing with them.  I know it's the horrible truth of my life right?  I hate it.  So if you haven't guessed by now, I've decided to cancel my net and stop paying my $200 a month payment on my pc.  YES $200!  That's dell for ya lol.  I pay $200 a month for this computer.  That's yet another reason I can't afford to keep myself online.  It comes down to straight dollars and cents.  We can't afford it so it's got to go.  Our kids need clothes and we need a better house, and car, and several other things that we could do with that $200 a month right?  I know I have access to the library internet here in town.  I can always log on there and blog.  I can get on my usual websites and keep everyone up to date with whats going on.  Maybe closer to the end of summer, I'll feel in a better spot financialy to get internet again and a simpler computer.  Jayson is going to let me get a new camera this month so my only regret is that I won't be able to show you all the great summer pics on our vacations that we'll be taking.  *sigh*  And that's just life for you. 

     Leland is in the back seat wishing he could run and play with the kids in the park.  I feel bad for him.  I wish he'd start walkin already   Then he could run and play.  I know that would just make his day!  Probably his whole month! LOL!  So anywho - my main reason for bringing my laptop with me was to type this up so I wouldn't get yelled at my "certain people" - you know who you are- for not having a blog entry today.  Apparently my life is that interesting huh?  Ok, so I'm going to get Leland up here and change his booty.  Kinda gettin stinky.  LOL!  Then I suppose I'll take him out so he can scream to his hearts content at the other kids.  Just must be a baby thing They are always screaming at whatever it is they like.  You should see him when a dog comes within 100 yards of him   So that's all for now bloggers!  If I don't have a entry for tomorrow - chances are I've shut my service off.  I hope you'll continue to check in on me thru out the summer!!  I'll be around to check on all of you that have blogs.  (((hugs)))

*In a side note - Jay was just outside smokin when who did he see walk by?  My BIL and his EX GIRLFRIEND!!!  The one whos ass I beat on Easter!   I cannot believe he would consider getting back with her after that!  GRRR!  I hope he knows that Jay & I want nothing further to do with her after that little stunt!  I'll whoop that bitch in her ass again!  I am so pissed right now!  OMG!  Some people just have NO class.  I mean this man can do so much better!  To make matters worse, the whole reason that she kicked him out was because he wanted to trade his van in for a truck.  Well the day after they split, he did just that.  The only reason I can think of that she is calling him non stop beggin him back is because guess what next week is?  Payday!  Oh ya, her bills are due and she now has noone to pay them.  DUH DAVID YOU SHIT FOR BRAINS!  I can't believe he would fall for that shit!  GRRR!  Sorry peeps, I'm gonna be stuck on this for a bit!  That just makes me so mad I can't even see straight right now.  The nerve of that bitch .  Ok I'm going to take a pill lol and then I'll be all better !  Talk to ya'll later!

I've been so confused.  Jay and I have looked at 2 houses so far this month.  Well I guess it's 3 technicaly but 1 was rented out the day after we looked at it.  Anywho, 1 of the 2 remaining houses is here in town, and the other is in Hull, Ill.  Which is about 10 miles on the other side of the river.  It's a quiet, small town (only about 500 peeps) and I would LOVE to live there.  The down side of that is that they go thru Ameren for their electric/gas and we owe that company buku bucks baby!  So that place may be entirely out of the question.  We have called though for shits and giggles and no answer.  So far...  We have put in an app for the one here in town.  We never heard anything back from that so Jay called them again tonight.  Apparently the guy was out of town for the afternoon, so we'll call again tomorrow.  We want to see if he'll hold it for us until next Thursday.  We'd be willing to pay him something on Friday just as a little incentive. 

     Jay got a job at Hucks Taxi tonight.  I'm excited for him.  He wouldn't have applied, seeing that he's working for their current competitor but they pay more.  Right now they are only wanting to give him 2 days a week.  Which is ridiculous.  We can't raise kids on 2 days a week.  So Hucks told him not only would they give him 5 days a week, but he would get paid everyday.  Now according to a fellow employee...the average daily pay is around $160!  So needless to say, that would rock!  Now I told Jay we just need to get in the habit of saving it, instead of spending it the second we get it.  GRR!  But at least it will be a big help thru out the month.  He even has the 3,4 & 5 of July off already.  Which I was very concerned about.  That's Lelands 1st bday and the 4th for obvious reasons.  The 5th is his mamas bday.  So ya it's a busy holiday around these parts.

     I've been drinking a shit load of water today.  I think I've had 101 oz so far!  I'm proud of myself.  Now if I can just keep it up.  I had a grilled chicken caesar salad from McDs this afternoon.  That's like the PERFECT SOBE food.  You got your veggies and your protein.  I think I'll be making a lot of those soon as I get going good on the SOBE diet.  I'm going to make an appnt tomorrow for Alex to get in and get her Kindergarton shots.  I need to make an appnt for me as well to get on PHEN.  So anywho-looks like it'll be a busy day tomorrow.  I am exhausted and I need to go to bed LOL!  More later!

It's late here in Mo.  It's actually 2am already!  Time is going by so quickly  now because of the dst.  It's 7am before you know it, and it's 10pm before you know it.  Tomorrow we have so much cleanding to do.  Getting prepared for the crew that's comin to install our new cabinets and counter tops !  I'm super excited about that!  Not that it matters much, as we won't be here to enjoy them really .  Sucks but moving is a far better choice in this instance.  Easter went good!  Kids had a ball!  That's all that really matters to us.  Alex is crashed on the couch and Leland has been asleep off and on all day.  I don't know what's wrong with that poor boy.  He's been runnin a slight fever so I gave him a bit of tylenol.  He's been super fussy.  I hope it passes soon.  Probably just a bit of cold. 

     I'm not exactly sure why I'm bloggin tonight because I have nothing to say really .  My girl, insisted that I HAD to blog so here I am talking about nonsence that comes to my mind.  Goofy shit like who shot JFK.  Who gives a shit?   Anywho bloggers as I said, it's 2am in paradise and this mama needs to get her booty in bed before she passes out!
